P O S I T I O N S U M M A R Y
The Business Data and Analytics department is looking for an Email Marketing Seasonal Associate who will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts by assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our Consumer Insights Manager and email marketing team, assisting the Philadelphia Eagles’ Marketing and Content teams in developing creative and engaging email content, managing subscriber lists, and monitoring campaign performance.
The Email Marketing Seasonal Associate will play a critical role in assessing new email marketing technologies that will help drive value within the organization.
This opportunity will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of email marketing strategies, best practices, and tools, as well as an opportunity to apply your skills in a real-world business environment.

The Email Marketing Seasonal Associate will report to the Consumer Insights Manager

• Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and content teams to develop compelling email content and subject lines.
• Manage audience segments and ensure data accuracy and consent management.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement.
• Track and analyze key email marketing metrics within campaigns and automated journeys.
• Support the implementation of marketing automation workflows.
• Ability to be present outside of the typical “9-5 business day” during the season to manage email communications such as Breaking News, Player Transactions etc.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
• Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution, or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last eighteen months.
• Basic understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEP, HubSpot) — experience is a plus but not always required.
• Strong written communication skills; attention to detail and grammar.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a bonus.
• Ability to analyze simple metrics (e.g., open rates, click rates) and derive insights.
• Familiarity with design tools (like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
• Prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience working with CRM systems or customer databases is beneficial.
