Position Overview
The Director of Clinical Quality and Training will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care delivery across Sprinter Health's clinical workforce. This position will oversee all aspects of clinical quality assurance, develop and implement comprehensive training programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HEDIS quality measures. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with operational excellence to scale quality care delivery as we expand our in-home preventive care services. This is a remote role, but will require 25% of travel.
Clinical Quality ManagementDesign, implement, and oversee comprehensive clinical quality assurance programs for in-home care deliveryEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics for clinical servicesEnsure compliance with HEDIS quality measures and support health plan partners in achieving quality targetsLead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality incidentsDevelop and maintain clinical protocols, standard operating procedures, and best practicesCollaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and clinical leadership on quality improvement initiativesOversee patient safety programs and incident reporting systemsTraining and DevelopmentDesign and implement comprehensive onboarding and continuing education programs for all clinical team membersDevelop competency assessment frameworks and ensure all clinicians meet performance standardsOversee the creation of engaging training materials, protocols, and resources for both technical and soft skillsLead train-the-trainer programs to build internal training capacity across regionsEvaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and performance dataPartner with People/HR teams and clinical leadership on clinical workforce development initiativesStay current on best practices in adult learning and clinical educationSprinter Health is an equal opportunity employer.
