Join Entain as a Digital Analytics Lead (Product & Marketing) and help shape the future of sports and entertainment!

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and storytelling. You’ll advise senior leaders on best practice analytics, set the direction for tracking and tooling across products, and mentor cross-functional teams on data literacy.

One day shaping a roadmap for analytics maturity, the next reviewing event design, auditing data pipelines, or presenting insights and recommendations to exec stakeholders.

You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Amplitude, GA4, and BigQuery to uncover insights that drive smarter product and marketing decisions. This is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment where curiosity, collaboration, and career progression are part of the game.

A Day in the Life

Based in our vibrant Bowen Hills office, you’ll enjoy a flexible hybrid work model that balances collaboration and autonomy. Each day brings fresh challenges as you dive into data, partner with product and design teams, and turn insights into action that enhances the digital experience for millions of Entain customers.

What You’ll Do

• Provide clear recommendations to Product, Marketing, and Executive teams on best practices, platform changes and future measurement opportunities.
• Partner with Product and Design to convert KPIs and customer questions into event structures and technical tracking requirements.
• Translate product goals and KPIs into measurable digital tracking requirements.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Amplitude that bring customer behaviour to life.
• Collaborate with developers to implement and QA event tracking.
• Manage analytics tools across GA4, Firebase, BigQuery, and Snowflake.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across all platforms.
• Deliver actionable insights that shape decisions and drive performance.

Your Strengths

• Proven ability to set analytics strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and communicate complex ideas simply.
• Skilled in digital analytics platforms and data storytelling.
• Confident using SQL, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
• Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, reliable data.
• Previous experience in a Digital Optimisation, Marketing Analytics or Product Marketing is highly advantageous.
