• Team Enablement & Structure: You ensure that creative processes run efficiently by bringing structure to our international design team. You will optimize workflows, enable smooth collaboration, and foster a high-performing environment.
• Project & Resource Management: You manage and coordinate design projects from start to finish - prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and keeping teams and deliverables on track.
• AI Integration: You use AI tools daily to streamline processes, boost creativity, and push innovation while empowering others to do the same.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: You work closely with our designers and stakeholders across the company. You're a strong communicator who ensures priorities are clear and processes are transparent.

• Proven experience in a design-related operations, project management, or team lead role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools in creative and operational workflows.
• Solid understanding of design processes and creative work – you don’t have to be a designer, but you have a strong design sensibility and a keen eye for visual quality.
• Familiarity with or enthusiasm for the golf world.
• Able to work regularly on-site in our Munich office.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
