The Role You'll Play

As a Technical Project Manager in the CX organization, you’ll lead the charge in streamlining systems, automating workflows, and reducing friction, both for customers and internal teams. You’ll partner across business, IT, and engineering teams to transform needs into solutions that drive efficiency, improve tools, and elevate the entire customer experience. 

  • Lead technical projects that enhance CX platforms and workflows, from planning to launch. 
  • Manage day-to-day operations and improvements across systems like Salesforce, Gainsight, and InContact. 
  • Translate business goals into clear technical solutions, integrations, and enhancements. 
  • Evaluate, implement, and connect third-party tools that scale operations and automate processes. 
  • Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and vendors to optimize architecture and maximize system impact. 
  • Prioritize and resolve system issues, using data to quantify impact and advocate for fixes. 
  • Support CX Enablement with training input and help drive tool adoption across teams. 
  • Represent CX needs in cross-functional projects to ensure associate and customer journeys are seamless.
  • This is an individual contributor role, ideal for a builder who thrives in complexity and drives change through collaboration and clarity. 

Experience You Bring

  • Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud, Gainsight, and related CX platforms. 
  • Skilled in data analysis using Tableau and Excel to inform and drive decisions. 
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects across cross-functional teams. 
  • Self-starter who spots inefficiencies and proactively drives solutions. 
  • Strong communicator who bridges business and technical language with ease. 
  • Experience aligning with engineering, IT, and vendors to implement impactful tech. 
  • Passionate about automation, process improvement, and customer experience. 
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication.
