Job Description

The purpose of this role is to keep our Customer Operations team at the top of their game! You’ll be the playmaker behind our tools and systems - from AI Agentic and Salesforce to our internal back-office platforms - ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. As the go-to expert for all topics related to Customer Operations tooling, you’ll take the lead in refining processes, optimizing performance, and driving continuous improvement. Just like a great coach fine-tuning the team’s strategy, you’ll make sure we’re always performing at our best and delivering a winning experience for our customers.

Your playing field

  • Drive Customer Operations projects - with a special focus on operational tools — from kick-off to final whistle, delivering on time, within budget, and in line with business goals.
  • Optimize back-office processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction, collaborating with other departments to improve workflows and service delivery.
  • Oversee Salesforce implementation and customization, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Manage and fine-tune Agentic bots to level up Customer Operations performance, monitor results, make tactical adjustments, and strengthen prompting capabilities.
  • Design and execute testing plans to ensure reliability and top performance, identifying and resolving issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives, communicating status, risks, and opportunities clearly.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards, follow structured methodologies, and deliver measurable impact.
  • Identify risks early and craft smart mitigation strategies to guarantee successful project delivery.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

  • Education. Degree-level qualification or certification in a field related to project management such as PMP.
  • Experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience in project management, driving back-office systems or initiatives that support Customer Operations teams. Experience within the iGaming industry would be considered an advantage.
  • Tech-savvy playmaker. Skilled in using project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar to keep initiatives on track and expertise in Salesforce, back-office operations and agentic bots will be considered as an advantage. 
  • Data-driven mindset. Confident using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or DOMO to track performance, uncover insights, and report on progress.
  • Top-notch communicator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to engage stakeholders, share updates, and drive collaboration.
  • Relationship builder. Able to connect with key stakeholders, understand their goals, and ensure their needs are met throughout every stage of the project.
  • Strategic thinker. Capable of writing clear business requirements and managing projects from concept to completion.
