Coordinator, Culture & Employee Experience

SUMMARY 

The Coordinator, Culture & Employee Experience will provide critical support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the HR team while also playing a key role in strengthening the employee experience across BSE Global. This dual-focused role combines executive administrative responsibilities with employee engagement and cultural initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about building a positive workplace culture. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Executive & Administrative Support 

  • Manage calendaring for the CHRO and coordinate multi-person meetings across the HR team.
  • Coordinate logistics for HR monthly meetings, quarterly team outings, and employee milestones.
  • Manage HR team expense submissions through Expensify.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR programs and initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned across the HR team.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to schedule and greet candidates during interviews. 

Culture & Employee Engagement 

  • Organize and coordinate companywide cultural events, celebrations, and engagement activities aligned with organizational values.
  • Partner with internal communications to promote events and maximize employee participation.
  • Assist with employee surveys, including administration, reporting, and tracking in partnership with HR colleagues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on culture-building initiatives and employee experience programs.
  • Support special projects across the HR team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, employee engagement, or executive administrative support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working across all levels of the organization.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and passionate about enhancing culture and employee experience.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, or similar) nice to have 

SALARY RANGE 

$66,500 - $75,000 base salary 

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

The incumbent will work primarily in an office environment located in Industry City.
