A Day in the Life:

Based in our Brisbane office, we embrace a flexible hybrid model that blends in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the freedom to work from home the rest of the week. It’s a balance that supports wellbeing, respects individuality, and helps you do your best work. Here’s a snapshot of your day:

• Support procurement strategies and execute sourcing activities end-to-end.
• Strengthen vendor relationships, identifying ways to improve value and performance.
• Manage supplier contracts, renewals, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate supplier and contract data across systems.
• Conduct market research, cost analysis, and reporting to drive informed decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver strategic outcomes.

Your Strengths:

• Solid background in procurement, sourcing, or commercial operations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement, contracts, and supplier governance.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement and vendor management software.
• Able to independently manage sourcing activities and supplier negotiations.
• Skilled in data analysis, financial assessment, and providing actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship building skills.
