We are now looking for a Coach Education Specialists to join us on a full-time basis.

About the role Reporting to the Head of Coach Relationships this role will be responsible for educating and training coaches to the highest standards to drive the growth of tennis in the ACT. This role is critical to providing a pathway for coach learning, in line with national standards. In this role you will: Coordinate and facilitate coaching courses, workshops, and the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program for coaches Identify the CPD needs of the local coaches to develop learning solutions in collaboration with the Coach Learning team Engage and identify current and future business leaders to headline industry engagement Provide industry-based networking opportunities to support coaches, share innovation and best practice Actively promote coaching pathways to the coach network utilising a range of communication channels About you What you will bring to the role: Demonstrated understanding of Tennis Australia coaching courses Experienced in influencing diverse stakeholders through a range of different of mediums Ability to build professional relationships with coaches of all levels and backgrounds Deep understanding of tennis coaching pathway within Australia and internationally Alignment with the Tennis values of Excellence, Humility, Collaboration and Imagination You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check What’s to love Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunities Monthly health & wellbeing activities through our Serving Your Health program Flexible working practices Free car parking Salary packaging A range of discounts from our sponsorship partners To Apply If you think you’re up to the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
