Ansty Golf Club is seeking a Clubhouse Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience to our club members and guests. The Clubhouse Assistant is responsible for ensuring the clubhouse operations run smoothly while providing outstanding customer service. Whether it's greeting customers, serving food and drinks, or maintaining cleanliness, your contribution will help create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, providing information about the facilities and services.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the clubhouse, including dining areas and equipment.
• Communicate with team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
• Participate in events and special occasions as required, assisting with setup and service.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Must be 18 years or older due to serving alcohol.
