Maintaining the quality and integrity of the Client Trust processes, develop and streamline policies and procedures to enhance the Trust Function Establishing strong, collaborative relationships with key clients to deliver continuous improvements in our client payment and invoicing processes to match their needs and expedite resolution of any issues Ensuring client set up procedures are adhered to, including independent bank account verification Logging of contracts, and issuing and logging invoices for payment
Must have • previous experience working in the Publishing Industry in an Accounts position Must have strong ability to multi-task and manage various tasks simultaneously Must have a high level of attention to detail and great organisational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as
