Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing all incoming community interactions on Discord and communicating directly with players.浏览 Discord 上所有社区互动信息，并直接与玩家沟通
• Responding to comments and player queries in a timely manner.及时回复评论和玩家疑问
• Creating engaging content for social media.为社交媒体创建吸引人的互动内容
• Assisting the developer by forwarding them important information from all the issues you handle with customers.传达客户方的重要信息给开发人员，以协助他们
• Helping foster and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for a game community.帮助促进并维护游戏社区的安全和友好环境
• Moderating discussions and comments following set community guidelines.根据设定的社区准则，对讨论和评论进行管理

Requirements

• Strong understanding and experience in different social media channels. 对不同社交媒体渠道有深刻理解和丰富经验    
• Experience managing or moderating an online community. 有管理或主持在线社区的经验
• Excellent knowledge of Simplified Chinese, native or near-native level. Traditional Chinese will be a plus. 精通简体中文，母语或接近母语水平。同时应用繁体中文者优先考虑
• Very good English skills. 优秀的英语水平
• Excellent communication and writing skills. 优秀的沟通和写作技巧
• Passionate about video games and social media. 对游戏行业和社交媒体有热情
• Available to work 40h/week, from Monday to Friday (3 -12 CET / 10 - 19 Beijing time). 每周工作 40 小时，周一至周五（欧洲时间 3 - 12 点/北京时间 10 - 19 点）
