Strava is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Strategy & Operations Manager Analyst to join our Business Strategy team, with a specific focus on supporting our Marketing and Partnerships organizations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior experience in Strategy & Ops or someone looking to transition into tech from a management consulting background, who is passionate about consumer tech, fitness and marketing.
In this role, you’ll be a key partner to Strava’s marketing leadership, helping shape and refine our marketing investments across brand marketing, growth marketing and partnerships teams. You’ll bring structured thinking and analytical rigor to ambiguous problems and drive the organization toward higher business impact. Your work will improve our overall decision-making and refine the connection between our company strategy and team-level strategy.
We follow a flexible hybrid model that generally translates to around half your time on-site in our NYC office —roughly three days per week.

We take a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on the department and your location. Salary ranges are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. We will determine the candidate’s starting pay based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. We may modify these ranges in the future. Compensation: $125,000-145,000. This range reflects base compensation only and does not include equity or benefits. Your recruiter can share more details about the full compensation package, including the range specific to your location, during the hiring process.
