The Role
At Numan, we’re on a mission to become a truly personalised, integrated digital healthcare platform, delivering behaviourally intelligent, outcomes-driven care.
We’re looking for an experienced behavioural science professional to join as our Behavioural Medicine, Preventative Health Lead.
In this strategic role, you’ll embed behavioural science into the product experience across the full lifecycle, helping design and validate evidence-based interventions that support long-term patient engagement and habit formation. You’ll work across disciplines alongside product, design, clinical and engineering teams, ensuring that everything we build is rooted in behavioural insight.
This is a chance to shape how preventative health is delivered in digital care.
You'll be:
Designing Behaviourally Intelligent ProductsConducting behavioural audits of UX/UI, journeys, and content.Developing behavioural personas and journey maps tied to clinical goals.Applying frameworks like COM-B, TDF, BCT taxonomies, and intervention mapping to shape our approach.Creating behavioural intervention strategies using logic models, behavioural triggers, and habit formation techniques.Driving Strategic IntegrationWorking within a cross-functional product squad, embedded in the Behavioural Medicine function.Contributing to key planning sessions, design sprints, and decision-making forums.Collaborating on AI and human coaching strategies to support long-term behaviour change.Our benefits include...
