Job Description

主要职位职责 人员管理—管理团队并按照个部门工作的优先级制定个人工作目标。培训员工,支持个人发展,在员工招聘工作方面提供决策,负责绩效考核及员工奖励。 - 负责单个中型或者大型店铺的所有营运管理。 - 管理财务预算(包括人工成本和总体费用)。 - 开发策略,使店铺在本区域内的业绩最大化(超越单个店铺对区域的影响)。 - 通过部门负责人进行管理;在大型店铺里可以有经理助理 – 通过至少一个管理层进行领导并且培养零售管理人才。 - 负责为店铺管理团队的有效沟通,奖励和表彰好的表现。 - 创建计划,与防损部门一起处理店铺损失预防问题。 - 提供高档消费者体验和员工体验并,施/执行全球和区域计划,提升销售业绩。 具体工作经验 - 6年零售经验、3年管理经验 At NIKE, Inc. we promise to provide a premium, inclusive, compelling and authentic candidate experience.
