Opportunity 

We are seeking an Analyst to support Twin Strategy & Business Analytics with data driven insights to tangibly impact our business. You will join a growing team of analysts who turn internally generated data into actionable operational insights for a range of stakeholders.  Overall, you will play a key role in determining, executing on, and measuring the success of Twin’s global strategy as we scale rapidly in the US and abroad. 

You are someone that enjoys leveraging data to identify opportunities to drive business impact, ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations and work with data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems. You can easily make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to solve these problems through structured thinking and have shown the ability to drive results in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.  You enjoy wearing multiple hats and are excited to take on responsibilities that might not be within your job description.  Lastly, you are self-sufficient, intellectually curious and take ownership for everything you do.

This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders and Twin’s Data Intelligence function to execute against quarterly roadmap of analytics deliverables across key domain areas such as:
  • Clinical care & quality: work with clinical teams to measure and drive treatment effectiveness, identify and address quality improvement opportunities, and help develop strategic programs to deliver improved value-based care in performance-based payment programs
  • Commercial strategy and business development: partner with growth strategy to develop and maintain commercial analytics including partner acquisition funnel analysis (internal) and packaging clinical & financial data for business development pitches (external)
  • Business Review: assist our senior leadership in developing and analyzing KPIs on a monthly and quarterly cadence

Qualifications 

  • 1-4 years of experience at a strategy / management consulting firm; Health Plan or related entity
  • Healthcare or technology experience preferred
  • Technical qualifications
  • Proficient with SQL/SAS to extract, summarize, and analyze large data sets
  • Excel expert
  • Experience with data intelligence software such as Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
  • Experience with Medical and/or Pharmacy claims datasets is a plus
  • Key skill qualifications
  • Strong critical thinking and active listening skills to infer business needs, grasp underlying context, and translate goals to effective solutions
  • Extract and transform datasets and synthesize insights into key findings 
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen, effectively managing multiple stakeholders (and their expectations) and translating for a range of audiences
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work assignments

Compensation and Benefits  

The compensation range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 annually.
