Wargaming Vilnius office is looking for an Administrator who will become the heart of our daily operations! In this dynamic role, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly—from managing office communication and supplies to coordinating meetings and internal events. We're looking for a proactive team player who’s organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for colleagues and guests. 

What will you do?

• Managing incoming and outgoing letters, packages, emails, phone calls, and other communication
• Overseeing conference rooms, general office areas, kitchens, and office supplies
• Supporting employees with ad-hoc requests (e.g. working lunches, inventory needs, meeting coordination)
• Managing internal systems such as Parking, Jira, and access card tools 
• Being the welcoming face of the office by greeting guests and supporting colleagues as needed
• Supporting small internal celebrations and helping coordinate office events
• Assisting with internal communications related to office operations, event announcements, or other administrative updates
• Taking initiative to promote and support eco-friendly practices and keep the workplace organised and efficient

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, or in a similar support role
• Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• A resourceful and proactive mindset
• A team player who enjoys helping others and creating a positive work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Comfortable using digital tools and internal systems (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Experience organising internal events or employee initiatives is a plus
• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English

Work mode

• Onsite
• This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support

 

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 1900-2200 monthly gross.
