If you have a passion for video games and possess a natural talent for organising processes and managing teams, then you will feel right at home with us! Wargaming is currently seeking a Web Project Manager to join our growing team of professionals in Prague for an unannounced action title.

We are in the exciting final stages of development and we’re looking for someone to bring our vision to life. You will work alongside Marketing, Community and Live-Ops teams to deliver and provide ongoing support for the most important player-facing web interfaces, pages, and projects of all sizes. You will be deeply involved in the development of the Twitch Extension, Partner program, official game website, and many other critical parts of the player experience. In addition to the web component, you will have opportunities to explore your creative side in other areas of work as well. We have a wide range of various ad-hoc projects that emerge throughout the development.

Your expertise will be crucial in guaranteeing the timely and high-quality execution of these projects, setting the stage for our game's successful launch.

Reports to

The Web Project Manager will report to the Publishing Director

What will you do?

Support existing web deliverables, maintain deadlines and agreements
Create new projects from scratch and take responsibility for their results, from initial planning to development and final release
Manage the day-to-day workload of the Web team, plan deadlines, organize tasks and take care of the backlog
Collaborate with other Development teams to maintain alignment on project goals, scope, and deadlines
Modify and adapt plans as needed, providing improved solutions and expertise to current workflows

What are we looking for?

1+ years of project management experience
Experience in an agile development environment
Understanding of web development processes, tools, and practices used by the team
Readiness to lead the team and serve as the go-to person should an issue arise
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Adaptability, quick-thinking, and fast learning
Excellent communication skills and comprehension of a multicultural and multinational team environment

What additional skills will help you stand out?

Experience/Interest in the gaming industry, along with extensive knowledge of the current gaming trends
Technical or Development knowledge
Experience with JIRA & Confluence
