About The Role:
We are in search of associates to fill the role of a Research Executive focused on client-facing documentation requirements.  The associate will be responsible for the project management of the documentation updates supporting Nielsen’s National TV, Local TV, and Audio services.

The scope of this position offers the candidate the opportunity to learn about the various aspects of the company’s methodology and business.  The day-to-day activity will require the associate to develop a solid understanding of our measurement methodology and policies, play a key role in working with subject matter experts to update documentation, and edit the components into cohesive client-facing documents.  
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of client-facing documents.  The position will require:
- Timely assignments to subject matter experts to update documentation for their area of responsibility
- Compilation and editing of client-facing documents
- Follow up with subject matter experts to ensure that documentation meets MRC Minimum Standards
- Review and approve updates with key stakeholders in Product, Global Data Solutions, Data Science, and Client Services
• Create, as needed, client-facing briefs for content consumption.
• Update and coordinate communication plans for various National TV, Local TV, and Audio reference document updates.
• Deliver updates for customer access via the Nielsen Portal.
•Maintain detailed documentation, audit trail and assist in preparing detailed responses to inquiries from the company’s auditors.

Requirements/Qualifications:
 
• 3-5 years experience in documentation or technical writing roles.  
• Independent, creative, and holistic thinker who can identify and understand gaps and work to resolve issues.   
• Confident team player who is comfortable working directly with colleagues across a wide spectrum of roles.  
• Diligent & detail-oriented worker.


Additional Skills / Experience Required:
• Position requires native-level English fluency, as the position supports Nielsen's US-based local media ratings business. 
• Position may require interfacing with the Nielsen clients and panel members, who are generally not bilingual.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Word and PDF editing software.
