We are seeking an energetic, motivated person with a can-do attitude to join our team in Dublin as a part-time cleaner and service coordinator.

This role will report to the Operations Co-ordinator and will be 3 hours a day. Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

Daily cleaning of the office space (kitchen area, 3 small meeting rooms, bathrooms, open desks area)

Maintenance of office equipment, kitchen area, snacks, drinks and fridges

Assist the Operations Coordinator with post-collection, arranging collections and deliveries when needed

Assist the Operations Coordinator in ordering office and cleaning supplies

Ad hoc tasks such as packing gifting, and helping organise small office events for employees or clients

Overall office management

The role details:

The role is Monday to Friday, 3 hours/day

Flexible working hours available

This is a 6 month Fixed-term contract

An exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow in the facilities and office service role

Estimated Salary range:
