Wasserman’s Brands division is looking for a motivated individual to join a dedicated retainer team supporting a key technology client. This position is responsible for managing various aspects of the client’s partnership portfolio and will support account team members with partner management, project coordination, client measurement/reporting and presentations, and the implementation of timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Helps lead the day-to-day management of a global soccer partnership, with responsibility for partner and project management.
  • Coordinates the logistical planning, implementation and execution of contractual assets, activation programs and/or content production as applicable.
  • Manages activation and creative approval processes for partnership materials and acts as a subject matter expert on all partnership creative/activation guidelines to ensure efficient execution of all partnership marketing activities.
  • Works creatively with client team members to develop decks and reporting materials.
  • May take on specialized roles or projects to assist the team such as working directly with third party vendors or partner agencies to execute client activations/programs.
  • Where applicable, handles event logistics planning, implementation, and execution.
  • Manage ongoing measurement and reporting tools for client engagements, activation and event programing.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate social and digital initiatives into broader marketing efforts.
  • Proficiently manages social and digital campaigns and assets, demonstrating comfort and    expertise in navigating various platforms and tools.
  • Utilize and continuously optimize existing valuation methodologies to support internal client materials, inquiries and quarterly reporting.
  • Assists in the construction of POVs and trend reports (including research and analysis), providing strategic recommendations to the client based on findings.
  • Monitors media, trends and changing sports & entertainment landscape to keep client executives and other team members are up to date on the industry.
  • Tracks activation budget for the client-based partnership activation spends.
  • Cultivates and nurtures positive relationships with clients and partners to ensure vitality of accounts and promotes a collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years relevant work experience in account and project management (sports and entertainment industry preferred).
  • Interest in global soccer strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred
  • A demonstrated history of using data and insights to inform strategic decision making.
  • A passion for and an up-to-date knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must be able to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Must be flexible and comfortable to assume multiple roles as needed by the team.
  • Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Ability to think creatively in a team environment.
  • Must be flexible and react calmly under stressful circumstances.
  • Comfortable with extended days/nights, especially during periods of partnership activation.
