For our Legal team, we're looking for a modern-day Legal Counsel who will thrive in our innovative atmosphere, utilizing their knowledge to provide strategic, risk-aware advice. Daily Responsibilities

Reviewing, negotiating, and overseeing contracts related to the ongoing activities of CD PROJEKT group companies (especially software licence, IT implementation, outsourcing, administrative contracts), including contracts with international aspects.
Providing ongoing legal advice on matters requiring substantive knowledge, in particular in civil, commercial, intellectual property law (including copyright), and compliance issues.
Developing solutions and recommendations that consider both legal aspects and organizational needs (especially business needs) and the needs of the Board/clients.
Independently managing or participating in complex projects (including those involving multiple CD PROJEKT group companies) and taking full responsibility for assigned tasks.
Continuous collaboration with IT, security, IT system implementation, administration, tax, finance, accounting departments, as well as cooperation with external law firms, including international counsel.

Estimated Salary range:
