We are currently looking for several General Assistants to join the Music team in Old Street, London. This person is responsible for providing administrative support to all Assistants at the agency and complete other general office duties when requested. 

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Raising contracts and invoices for bookings within a CRM system
  • Liaising with Assistants and Agents on subsequent contractual issues
  • Administering immigration paperwork (Certificates of Sponsorship) for touring artists
  • Accurately entering new contacts, festivals, venues and promoters to the CRM as directed
  • Data cleaning and maintenance within the CRM as directed
  • Provide cover for assistants during holidays and periods of absence or illness
  • Taking minutes in company meetings
  • Answering overflow phone calls
  • Providing reception cover
  • Booking travel on behalf of Agents where requested
  • Internal meeting co-ordination and calendar management where requested
  • Help assistants with various admin duties when required
  • Carry out any other reasonable request as directed by Management
  • Potential to attend showcases / gigs and reporting back to Agent teams where requested

Requirements

·         Exceptional attention to detail

·         The ability to work autonomously and manage a heavy workload and high volume of emails

·         Strong communication and organisational skills

·         Previous experience with contract administration and data entry

·         Confident telephone manner
