About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Enablement Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various aspects of our commercial enablement program, ensuring smooth operations and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Essential Job Functions:

Commercial Training Administration:

  • Coordinate training programs for commercial employees, ensuring timely communication, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Assist in the development and recurring maintenance of training materials and resource.
  • Own management of training evaluation and records and execute coordination of follow up calls with leadership.
  • Lead iRhythm Commercial Organization Welcome Calls, as the face of the organization.
  • Build seamless automated processes when applicable to ensure consistency and scalability with a red-carpet welcome.

Enablement Platform Management:

  • Administer and maintain commercial enablement platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners, IT and external vendors to troubleshoot platform issues and implement improvements.
  • Perform annual needs assessments to best support Commercial organization.
  • Provide user support and training on the enablement platform as needed.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Plan, support, and organize meetings related to commercial success, including but not limited to training sessions, team meetings, workshops, Global Sales Meetings, leadership summit and ad hoc meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set agendas and ensure all necessary resources are available for productive meetings.
  • Host debriefs, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Budget Support:

  • Assist in the development and management of the commercial enablement budget.
  • Track expenses, process invoices, and ensure budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance to provide regular budget reports and forecasts.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as a central point of contact for commercial enablement queries and information.
  • Foster collaboration between different teams involved in enablement initiatives.
  • Communicate updates, changes, and important information to relevant stakeholders.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain project management review process for all Commercial Enablement initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Deliver report outs of key performance metrics of Commercial training program in partnership with Commercial Operations.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
    • In lieu of degree, 8+ years of work experience supporting dynamic training programs.
  • Proven experience in coordinating training programs and managing administrative tasks.
  • Preference for strong skills in designing, developing and maintaining backend infrastructure of platforms that power our enablement and training teams.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to develop insights and analyze large datasets
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Face of the enablement department via communication.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Travel: 10-15% travel for team meetings, Commercial meeting support and strategic planning

Estimated Pay Range
$87,800$127,900 USD
